If you are a first home buyer, growing family or ready to down size, one of our original designs could be your perfect home. All designs will be fitted to you block and location to suit all council and developers requirements.

• - Ability to make changes to layout, cabinetry, electrical and much more.
• - Interior designers available to help with the selection of colours, fixtures and fittings and overall look of your home.
• - Access to your property whilst under construction is only a phone call away.
• - You will deal directly with one of our two owners, not just a supervisor or administration staff.
• - As you see your home getting built (sometimes it’s hard to visualise off a floor plan) we can make small changes to better suit your needs.
• - Quality inclusions include designer tapware, 20mm stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances.
